Pentaèdre is overjoyed to be celebrating its 40th season this year! Forty years of showcasing and elevating the repertoire for winds, locally and abroad. Forty years of sharing with music lovers and inquiring ears from all corners of the planet. Forty years of developing ambitious projects and fostering one-of-a-kind artistic encounters.
Along with talented associates, the musicians of Pentaèdre have an exciting, emotionally rich seasons in store! Join us and be transported with music by Rossini, Farrenc, Onslow, Martinu, Mozart, De Grandval, Denis Gougeon, and others. Forty years is something to celebrate!

Partir à neuf! - On September 28th, the nine musicians of Pentaèdre and the Jean Cousineau Ensemble will combine their talents to present some of the most beautiful pieces in the nonet repertoire, with works by Farrenc, Spohr, and Martinu.
La Révolution romantique - On December 6th, the musicians of Pentaèdre and Palazzetto Bru Zane present works by composers neglected by history, accompanied by pianist Francis Perron.
Pentaèdre sur mesure - On January 24th, Pentaèdre celebrates its 40th anniversary with the premiere of five new works for wind instruments by composer Denis Gougeon! Works by Francis Poulenc and Alexandre Tansman complete this brilliant program, accompanied by the brilliant pianist Chloé Dumoulin.
Carte blanche à Pentaèdre - On April 23rd, Pentaèdre welcomes spring with a program focusing on the wind octet repertoire. Joined by collaborators, the musicians of Pentaèdre will perform masterpieces by Montegroult, Mozart, Rossini, and Hummel.
