Cameron Crozman
With 'a rich imagination and a lively spirit' (Diapason), Canadian cellist Cameron Crozman performs as a soloist and chamber musician in Canada, the United States, and Europe.
Cameron was named Radio-Canada's 2019 Classical Revelation and was a laureate of the Gautier Capuçon Excellence Class at the Louis Vuitton Foundation in Paris. He records critically acclaimed albums under the ATMA Classique and Printemps des Arts de Monte-Carlo labels.
Deeply committed to innovation in music, Cameron is constantly finding new ways to share his art with the world. He commissions and premieres new works by leading Canadian composers, including Allan Gordon Bell, Kelly-Marie Murphy, Liam Ritz, James O'Callaghan, and Alexina Louie.
He currently plays on a cello made around 1750 by Gennaro Gagliano, generously loaned by the Canada Council for the Arts Instrument Bank.
