Rose Naggar-Tremblay

Recently awarded the prestigious Fernand-Lindsay career scholarship, contralto Rose Naggar-Tremblay has been perfecting her craft since 2020 under the guidance of Lena Hellström-Färnlöf. During her time at the Atelier lyrique of the Opéra de Montréal, Rose Naggar-Tremblay could be heard, among other performances, in Svadba and Twenty-Seven.

In 2022, she was named Radio-Canada Revelation 2022-2023 and won the Second Prize at the 2022 Prix d’Europe. She also participated in the launch of the opera album La nuit est ma femme, based on the life and writings of Jack Kerouac, in which she played the role of Gabrielle.

She has recently sung under the direction of renowned conductors, including Yannick Nézet-Séguin, Rafael Payare, Jean-Marie Zeitouni, Jacques Lacombe, and Laurence Equilbey. She also produced her first mini-album of original songs titled Je me souviens à toi.

In 2025, she will make her debut at La Scala in Milan as well as at the Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, performing Farnace in a concert version of Mozart's Mitridate.
